Always love Half Step > Franklin’s openers. And this has an added treat of the Stranger segue. It’s a good show. Very collectible. I typically

keep matrixes when I can. But Jerry’s singing is only marginal during this run, with the eighth being the worst. So I decided to go with this AUD.
With the fidelity of this capture being the best of the bunch, Birdsgosouth is correct - "this one sounds better." My only complaint is a little signal loss and loss of the high end at the beginning of Half Step. This is not unusual for old tapes. It’s just unfortunate here.
I used the Mark Severson, Charlie Miller, Scott Clugston audience upload for the encore and break between so I could slowly fade out Black Peter and mix it into the cheering. The end of the show is sweet when eliminating R&R and OMSN and fading in Brokendown. But that’s my taste.
